 Sept 8th 13th – First Day of Classes

Sept 19nd  – Last day of Withdrawals accepted 

Sept 21st (Mon) – Cheques deposited 

Sept 21st - clothing orders out (tentatively)

Early October- clothing orders due

Late October – Annual General Meeting (AGM) – new executive elected *tentative oct 20-24

Mid october - New fundraiser TBA

Nov 3th – new fundraiser DUE

Dec 1-31st – 6-24 mo classes Winter Registration for Returning Gymnasts (15 wks)

Week of Dec 8th 12th – fundraiser delivery Delivery 

Dec 14th-19th – Last week of classes before Christmas Break

Dec 20, 2026 – Jan 3, 2027 - Christmas Break 

Jan 10th – Winter Tbugs & Split Payments deposited

Jan 4th – All classes resume, Winter beginners Starts

March 15th 20th – March Break (any make-up classes)

March 30-April 3 – Spring Registration  (online)

April 19th 23th – Last week of classes

 

April 24th & 25th – Year End Mini Meet

 

May 1nd– Spring Session cheques deposited 

May 3th - 8th – Spring Session classes start

June 8th-12th – Last Week of Spring Session Classes

June 14th – Club is CLOSED for the Season
